By refurbishing the buildings, bringing the land back into production and building a reed bed water filtering plant this abandoned property has been given a new lease of life.
In these past years Terra d'Incanto has been organising courses and seminars whilst providing accommodation for the participants. This already established activity can be further expanded either for income generation or the well being of employees and guests alike.
Should one wish to continue with the agricultural possibilities there is ample scope to develop the agritourism/hospitality potential using the kitchen and dinning room in the multifuntional building and the large number of bedrooms.
The large multifunctional room not only enables projects like running courses, seminars and meetings but can also be used for cultural or tourism activities.
The existing facilities would also allow the establishing of a spa health resort.
