1. Cancellation Notice
All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The date and time of receipt of the notice will be considered valid.
2. Standard Cancellations
Cancellations made up to 14 days before check‑in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made from the 14th day prior to check‑in up to the arrival date are non‑refundable: the deposit paid (50% of the total amount) will be retained.
3. Early Departure
In the event of cancellation during the stay, the guest is required to pay the full amount of the booked stay.
No refund is provided for early departures or unused nights.
4. No Show
In case of no show on the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Anycancellation must be communicated in writing.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or changes after the aforementioned deadline, the cost of the first night will be charged for each room cancelled for stays up to 3 nights, while for longer stays, 50% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
Cancellations for holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, etc.) or high season (June – July – August – September): will be accepted up to 15 days before the check-in date. For cancellations received from the 15th to the 7th day before the check-in date, only the cost of the deposit will be charged, from the 6th day the amount of the entire stay will be charged.
Terra d’Incantoreserves the right to credit the total amount due in case of cancellations.
No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and is therefore required to pay for the entire booked stay.
No Show: In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
