House Rules
- Breakfast is served in the low season from 8.45 to 10.15, in high season from 8.00 to 10.00.
- All wi-fi have the same password: incanto11
- Do not use room towels at the pool.
- In the common areas and pool do not consume private food, though you want to drink or eat in the common areas and at the pool, ask yourself to the staff on duty, will be happy to accommodate your wishes.
- No smoking inside the rooms.
- Do not leave your garbage outside and/or inside the room because they attract unwelcome animals and insects, remember that we are in the middle of the woods and here are all the animals and insects of the area. You can deliver your garbage every morning to the service staff in the main building.
- Remember to turn off lights and air conditioning and fans every time you leave the room.
- If you wish to have dinner and/or lunch at our restaurant please let us know during breakfast.
- At the end of your stay, remember to leave the key inside the door lock.
